Our Select Membership packages offer investors who make an upfront investment considerable savings on the costs of building a portfolio. We have 3 Select services specially designed to suit the size of your investment and we also offer a tailor made service for investors who are looking to build larger portfolios.

IPPS Select 1:
A 2 Property portfolio - £10,000

IPPS Select 2:
A 5 Property portfolio - £20,000

IPPS Select 3:
A 10 Property Portfolio- £35,000

By becoming a Select member you get the same great benefits as a Club member as well as the following:

Legal Fees Paid

All legal fees for every purchase you make will be paid for.

Broker and Valuation Fees Paid

All mortgage arrangement fees and valuation fees will also be paid for on each property purchased.

Dedicated Portfolio Manager

Each Select member will be assigned a portfolio manager, who is available to discuss new investment opportunities and the performance of their portfolio.

Dedicated Lettings Manager

You will also have a dedicated lettings manager that will liaise with local agents in the area where you are purchasing. They will negotiate reduced letting fees with agents and ensure your property gets let as quickly as possible.

48 Hour Advanced Notification

As a Select member you will receive 48 hours advanced notification on all new investment opportunities before they are released to Club members.

Portfolio Monitor

The portfolio monitor is accessible on-line and is available only to Select members. This service enables clients to view how their current portfolio with IPPS is performing. The Portfolio Monitor offers a further breakdown of each
property with details such as purchase price, discount, equity etc.

Access to Our Mortgage Brokers/Solicitors

With the Select service you get access to our mortgage advisors and solicitors at reduced costs. With many of the deals we offer Select members, these fees will be paid for.

Free Downloads

Select members will benefit from access to free downloads such as tenancy agreements and inventories as well as mini-brochures such as “How to Profit from Property”.
